Returns Policy

We are confident you will love your Mallory purchase, however, should you change your mind you can return your item within 14 days where we will be happy to arrange an exchange or a full refund for you.

All returned items must be unworn and in their original condition. Please email us at online@mallory-jewellers.com stating the reason for your return, and pack your parcel securely in the Mallory packaging in which the item was delivered. We recommend that returns be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery service. We cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of returned goods.

Please note that we cannot offer a refund or exchange on special orders or personalised items.

Extended Christmas Returns

We have extended our returns policy for full priced goods purchased during the festive period. Any unwanted gifts bought from us online or in person between 1st December and 24th December 2022 can be returned for a full refund or exchange until 7th January 2023.
